Ff14 Terms & Conditions – Platform Usage Guidelines
This document sets out the terms and conditions governing use of the ff14 platform. Please read it carefully before registering or using any of our services.

Acceptance of Terms of Use
By accessing, registering for, or using the ff14 platform, you agree to be bound by the terms and conditions set out in this document. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you are not permitted to use ff14's services.
These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you as the user and ff14 as the platform operator. Continued use of the platform following any published changes to these terms will be deemed acceptance of those changes.
The ff14 platform is only available to individuals aged 18 and above. By registering, you confirm that you meet this minimum age requirement and that use of this service is lawful under your local laws.
Account Creation, Security & User Responsibilities
Each user is permitted to register only one account on the ff14 platform. Multiple accounts registered by the same individual are strictly prohibited and may result in the termination of all associated accounts without prior notice.
During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information. Any false or misleading information may result in account suspension or closure, and any balance in the account may not be returned depending on the nature of the violation.
You are solely responsible for keeping your password and account login details confidential. ff14 will not be held liable for any losses arising from unauthorised access to your account due to your own negligence. If you suspect your account has been accessed by an unauthorised party, you are required to notify the ff14 support team immediately.
- You must be 18 years of age or older to register and use the platform.
- Each individual may only hold one active account at any given time.
- Personal information provided must be accurate and verifiable.
- Account password security is the sole responsibility of the user.
Payment Information, Deposits & Transactions
All transactions on the ff14 platform are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (RM / MYR). ff14 supports a range of deposit methods commonly used in Malaysia, including online bank transfers and local e-wallets. The full list of available payment methods can be found in the account section after logging in.
Deposits are final and cannot be reversed once processed. ff14 is not responsible for any processing delays caused by third parties such as banks or payment service providers.
Withdrawals are subject to identity verification requirements set by ff14. ff14 reserves the right to request supporting documents before approving any withdrawal request. Processing times typically range from one to three business days, depending on the method chosen.
Ff14 reserves the right to hold or suspend any transaction suspected of involving fraud, money laundering, or activity that violates these terms. In such cases, ff14 will cooperate with the relevant authorities in accordance with applicable laws in Malaysia.
Platform Usage Rules & User Conduct
Ff14 users are required to use the platform in a lawful, ethical, and responsible manner. The following activities are strictly prohibited and may result in account termination as well as legal action:
- Using automation software, bots, or scripts to access or manipulate the platform.
- Attempting to disrupt, infiltrate, or damage ff14's systems, servers, or infrastructure.
- Sharing or selling account access to another party.
- Engaging in any form of fraud, collusion, or manipulation of game outcomes.
- Using the platform for money laundering or illegal financing purposes.
- Abusing promotions or bonuses in ways that contravene the stated conditions.
Ff14 reserves the right to investigate any activity suspected of violating these rules and to take appropriate action, including suspending or closing the relevant user account without prior notice.
Limitation of Liability, Intellectual Property & Third-Party Links
Limitation of Liability
Ff14 makes no guarantee that the platform will operate without interruption or error at all times. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, ff14 shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, consequential, or punitive losses arising from the use of or inability to use this platform, including financial losses resulting from betting outcomes.
Users acknowledge that betting involves financial risk and that the decision to place any bet is entirely at their own discretion. ff14 is not responsible for betting outcomes that result in financial loss.
Intellectual Property
All content, designs, logos, trademarks, and software on the ff14 platform are the exclusive property of ff14 or its respective licensors. Users may not copy, distribute, modify, or exploit any such content without prior written consent from ff14.
Third-Party Links
The ff14 platform may contain references or links to third-party services. ff14 is not responsible for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any such third-party websites or services. Users are advised to review the terms and policies of those websites before using them.
Account Policy, Changes to Terms & Applicable Law
Account Suspension & Closure
Ff14 reserves the right to suspend or close any user account at any time if these terms are breached, or if suspicious activity requiring investigation is detected. In the event of account closure due to a serious violation, any remaining balance may not be refunded, subject to the outcome of ff14's internal investigation.
Users may also request voluntary account closure by contacting the ff14 support team. The request will be processed within a reasonable timeframe once all pending transactions have been settled.
Changes to These Terms
Ff14 reserves the right to update or modify these terms and conditions at any time. Users will be notified of any material changes via an on-platform notice or registered email. It is the user's responsibility to review these terms periodically. Continued use of the platform after changes are published constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
Governing Law
These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of Malaysia. Any disputes arising in connection with these terms or the use of the ff14 platform shall be resolved under the jurisdiction of the relevant courts in Malaysia.
